Thanks for the review, Aaron Hughes! I'd like to clarify a few things that you said in your colorful review. First of all, I never spoke to you before the day I decided to call you Sunday! You spoke with a Zillow representative, and not myself or anyone from my realty team. Second, when I did speak to you, I never "gave away" your Wednesday time slot. Someone else and their personal agent actually scheduled a time to see the property you wanted to see, at the exact same time! Incredible how that works, someone wants to see the same house at the same time as you! Unfortunately, after trying our hardest to help you out (even having multiple people from our team try to reach back out to still try and assist Aaron Hughes... even after being yelled obscenities at over the phone each time), you still decided to try to slander our team on our public Zillow profile. Unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is the fact that you live 764 miles away from the area you were attempting to purchase a property in. Once again, we appreciate the time you took to write your review, Aaron Hughes, and we hope you ended up finding your dream investment property in the Akron area!
